The Legalization of Male Prostitution

The owner of a brothel more than two hours’ drive from Las Vegas said she hopes to hire Nevada’s first legal male prostitutes within a month, now that state health officials have approved a method to test men for infectious diseases.

The world is ready for women, or even other men, to legally buy sex, said Shady Lady Ranch owner Bobbi Davis. Plus, being the first to offer male service could boost business in tough economic times, she said.

“With so many other male revues going on in Vegas, we thought it was time to give this a try,” Davis told The Associated Press.

Until now, men have been effectively barred from legally plying the world’s oldest profession in Nevada by the specificity of a state health law requiring prostitutes to undergo frequent cervical testing for sexually transmitted diseases.

Source

Metaphorically, we are all prostitutes at some point in our lives. We allow ourselves to be pimped by our jobs, the government, and sometimes even those close to us. In a world full of Haves and Have-Nots, the Haves typically slut out the Have-Nots in attempt to get what they desire. Please excuse the imagery of this metaphor. I promise that it's leading somewhere.

The "act" of prostitution really isn't the issue here. The issue is the health of the male prostitutes and the health of the women who wish to purchase sex. I still think its borderline hilarious that a woman would have to pay for sex. Most men are more than willing to have sex with a woman with no strings attached. Brothels do provide a more controlled environment with a guarantee that you won't contract an STI. I am sure their selection of "talent" is better than what you would find at the Epicentre. Therefore, I see why places like the Shady Lady Ranch are appealing to some. Live and let live people...

You doin ho activities
With ho tendencies
Hos are your friends, hoes are your enemies
With ho energy to do whacha do
Blew whacha blew
Screw whacha screw

Sex Offenders Banned From Church in NC

North Carolina is a proud member of the so-called Bible Belt of states that take their religion seriously. So some eyebrows were raised when James Nichols was arrested for attending church.

His offense? Nichols, a convicted sex offender, had chosen to worship at a church that has a nursery where kids play while their parents pray. Now Nichols, 31, who only recently got out of prison, is fighting back, challenging the legality of a new law that took effect in December prohibiting registered sex offenders from coming within 300 ft. — nearly a football field's length — of any facility devoted to the use, care or supervision of minors.

As more states have adopted laws regulating where sex offenders can go, it was only a matter of time before the noble goal of protecting children butted heads with the sacrosanct First Amendment right to worship where and when you choose.

Source

Churches are supposed to welcome all people into their doors. They are supposed to help people get in touch with their spiritual selves and serve as a refuge for those who are overwhelmed with life. Consequently, I don't think anyone should be banned from going to Church.

Sex offenders should do a long bid in prison for violating and potentially ruining a person's youth. I know a number of young women who were molested when they were younger. Most of them are well-adjusted, but the burden they carry from being molested adversely affects other parts of their lives. I don't believe any amount of money or happiness in adulthood can overshadow a traumatic childhood experience. Sex offenders must pay a hefty price for stealing their victims' innocence.

I'm a man of Faith, but I rarely go to Church. The church, as an institution, doesn't serve the community the way I think it should. I try not to pass judgment, but I have seen too many churches that aren't committed to the Word. Don't even get me started on the prosperity ministry. Nevertheless, I have seen several of my family members transformed by their commitment to organized religion. The Church will always play an integral role in the rehabilitation process, which is why I believe banning sex offenders from them is counterproductive.

People get ready, there's a train a comin'
You don't need no baggage, you just get on board
All you need is faith to hear the diesels hummin'
Don't need no ticket, you just thank the Lord

Teen Pregnancies are High in the Bible Belt

U.S. states whose residents have more conservative religious beliefs on average tend to have higher rates of teenagers giving birth, a new study suggests.

The relationship could be due to the fact that communities with such religious beliefs (a literal interpretation of the Bible, for instance) may frown upon contraception, researchers say. If that same culture isn't successfully discouraging teen sex, the pregnancy and birth rates rise.

Mississippi topped the list for conservative religious beliefs and teen birth rates, according to the study results, which will be detailed in a forthcoming issue of the journal Reproductive Health.

However, the results don't say anything about cause and effect, though study researcher Joseph Strayhorn of Drexel University College of Medicine and University of Pittsburgh offers a speculation of the most probable explanation: "We conjecture that religious communities in the U.S. are more successful in discouraging the use of contraception among their teenagers than they are in discouraging sexual intercourse itself."

Source

This study doesn't surprise me at all. The results don't say anything about cause and effect, but I think I'll go ahead and say that strict religious beliefs usually yield extreme results. Most of the young ladies I know who grew up in conservative religious homes are pretty damn promiscuous. As soon as they set foot on a college campus, they couldn't wait to do the Couch Conoodle with any cute guy they met. The women who didn't turn into super freaks seem to have trouble being intimate and sustaining relationships with men.

I'm not saying that abstinence education doesn't have any redeeming value. I just think it should be accompanied with instruction of how to access and use contraception. Teaching young people what is needed to have safe sex doesn't encourage them to have it. It should encourage them to protect themselves if they decide to engage in sexual activity. We live in an oversexualized society and young people seem to be having sex at increasingly early age. Truth be told, I wouldn't want anyone to have sex before he or she is mentally, emotionally, and physically capable of handling the experience. I know that won't happen, so I implore everyone I know to protect themselves.

South Carolina (with the 13th highest teenage pregnancy rate) and North Carolina (with the 14th highest rate) should heed my words. The last thing the Carolinas need is more young women like Brenda, who is the subject of the Tupac song below.

I hear Brenda's got a baby
But Brenda's barely got a brain
A damn shame
The girl can hardly spell her name

Ladies Will Always Get Laid

Men are much more likely to seek and have casual sex than women, and are far less choosy about the looks of their sex partners.

That's the conclusion of a new study by British researchers who analyzed questionnaire responses from 860 American, German and Italian students.

The students were asked to imagine being approached by a member of the opposite sex, described as either "slightly unattractive," "moderately attractive" or "exceptionally attractive." The participants were then asked what their response would be if such members of the opposite sex offered to go out, go to their apartment, and to go to bed with them.

Source

This story shouldn't surprise anyone. It's a well known fact that most men will lower their standards in order to get their rocks off. I have lowered my already charitable standards once or twice. It's not something I'm proud of, but I can charge those events to youthful indiscretion right...? Thanks guys, I knew you would understand.

I am not really opposed to people having casual sex with less than attractive people. Everybody needs a little physical affection from time to time. If there are no emotional attachments between sexual partners and all parties are using protection, I think everything is all good. I cannot see myself doing anything like that at this stage in my life, but I won't knock what the next man or woman is doing. I may mentally cringe when hearing the details, but my disapproval won't be visceral.

This has been a long week for your boy. I know there are lots of important issues in the news these days, but I cannot do them justice right now. When I get more time to think about things outside of work, I will give the aforementioned issues the attention they deserve. Until then, enjoy some En Vogue. In their prime, this quintet embodied the sex appeal that very few women ever possess.

I'm giving him something he can feel
To let him know this love is real
This love is real

Yet Another Sex Tape Scandal...

So did you hear the one about the BMW heiress who made a sex video? Germany's wealthiest woman, who is worth $13.2 billion, was lured into an affair by a Swiss hunk. Thus began, if you'll pardon the phrase, the dirtiest game of blackmail Whac-A-Mole ever played.

Susanne Klatten, who owns 12% of the luxury car maker plus half of a pharmaceutical giant, is a fabulously wealthy, probably fabulously bored wife and mother of three. She and Helg Sgarbi, her Swiss cad, spiced up their little affair by shooting a sex video in room 630 of the Holiday Inn in Munich, Germany.

What she didn't know, says The Daily Beast, was that Sgarbi made a rich life out of seducing bored, rich women. He amassing "gifts" of €10 million from four of them.

When 47-year-old Klatten balked at his attempts to extract any more than €7 million from her, Sgarbi demanded €49 million (about $70 million) to keep their video sex romp a secret. Klatten immediately fessed up to her cuckolded husband and sent the police after her erstwhile blackmailing lover.

Source

This story was originally reported in 2008. The fact that it still has new developments is hilarious if you don't think about the effect it is having on her family. The mainstream media rarely covers stories on powerful women who cheat on their husbands. I guess this story goes to show that even women are susceptible to temptation. Klatten is a married and ridiculously rich mother of three. You would think that someone with so much to lose would be more careful when selecting a "jump off". Sadly, Klatten slipped up like Kwame Kilpatrick, Governor Mark Sanford, and thousands of powerful people before her.

Klatten was reckless when she cheated on her husband, but her gangsta style of handling those who plan to release the sex tape is second to none. She is using her power, influence, and cash to crush anyone who threatens to profit from the tape or publish it on Redtube. She is dead set on making sure she doesn't have another lapse of judgment. I seriously doubt that tape will ever see the light of day.

The Main Ingredient was right when they sang that "Everybody Plays the Fool." Klatten played the fool when she made a sex tape with man who has a history of exploiting women. The idiots who tried to use the sex tape as blackmail material are even more foolish for thinking their plans would work.

Everybody plays the fool, sometime
There's no exception to the rule, listen baby
It may be factual, may be cruel, I ain't lying
Everybody plays the fool

Teens Can Strip Legally in Rhode Island

Rhode Island teens under 18 can’t work with power saws or bang nails up on roofs. But dance at strip clubs? Sure. Just as long as the teens submit work permits, and are off the stripper’s pole by 11:30 on school nights. It’s enough to surprise even those in America’s mecca of striptease and sin –– Las Vegas.

Providence police recently discovered that teen job opportunities extend into the local adult entertainment world while they were investigating a 16-year-old runaway from Boston. The girl told detectives that she worked at Cheaters strip club this spring, and the police got tips about other underage girls working at another club.

State law says that anyone who employs a person under 18 for prostitution or for “any other lewd or indecent act” faces up to 20 years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines. The term “lewd or indecent” is subjective, McHugh said, and is applied to behavior that’s protected by the First Amendment.

Source

I really enjoy going to strip clubs. I enjoy the atmosphere, chilling with my friends, and spending money on attractive nude women. I rarely go to strip clubs these days because I have a hard time spending less than $100 during a visit. I am going through a financial squeeze right now and I can ill afford to spend money on nonessential things.

My healthy love for strip clubs took a blow when I read this story. There is no way in hell that a 16-year-old is mature enough to handle working in a strip club. There are a lot of assholes in those clubs who come there to get drunk while objectifying and disrespecting the dancers. It's hard for grown women to combat that kind of behavior, let alone a minor.
The age one becomes "legal" in this country is arbitrary. I don't think 18-year-olds are any more mature than 16-year-olds. If I had my way, I would move the minimum age for stripping to 21.

Hopefully, legislators in Rhode Island will do the right thing and raise the minimum stripping age. Too many young women in our country are lead to believe that they should use overt sexuality to get what they want in life. I don't care how bad the economy gets. High school girls don't belong in strip clubs.

There was a rose I knew
And I met her once or twice before
She was a pretty sweet thing
Not the least bit insecure
Then you came with your slick game
And played with her youth
I'm ashamed of the way you lied
Played with the truth

Governor Sanford's Indecent Proposal

There has been more embarrassment for Mark Sanford, the Republican governor of South Carolina, whose affair with an Argentine journalist has derailed his presidential ambitions and threatens to ruin his political career.

Sanford’s wife, Jenny, revealed that she had learnt of the affair earlier this year when she discovered a letter the governor had written to his lover, since identified as Maria Belen Chapur, a former television producer now living in Buenos Aires.

Sanford said she had told her husband to end the affair but he asked permission to travel to Argentina to talk to the woman face-to-face. “I said absolutely not,” his wife said. “It’s one thing to forgive adultery. It’s another to condone it.”

Source

The good times keep rolling for Governor Sanford. I thought his 15 minutes of fame were over when I wrote about his refusal to accept stimulus funds on his state's behalf. Thankfully, he has shown his true colors over the last few weeks. His "hike in the Appalachian mountains" magically turned into a long weekend with his Argentinian mistress. Sanford put on an Oscar winning performance when he admitted to his infidelity. If his actions hadn't been so publicly self-serving in the past, I probably would have believed he was contrite. The icing on the cake came when his wife disclosed that he asked her permission to see his mistress. Who does that? Did he honestly think she would say "Of course Mark! Call me when you arrive in Argentina." Mark Sanford has a huge set of balls to pose that question to his wife.

I feel bad for the Sanford kids. He has 4 young sons who have to hear about their father's infidelity wherever they go. At times, children can be more evil than adults. I hope the Sanford sons aren't catching too much hell at school. Fantasia Barrino, High Point, NC's own, has a song called "Free Yourself" that goes well with Ms. Sanford feelings towards her husband.

Baby you don't pay no mind
You act like you don't love me no more
Maybe you need space or some time
Your attitude is unpredictable
And I don't want to make you unhappy
If you're not happy then you're free to go on
Cause I don't want you stayin' around
If I make you so miserable

Google: The Great Porn Provider

China accused Google Inc. on Thursday of spreading pornography after Chinese users were unable to connect to the search giant's Web site, while Washington called on Beijing to scrap its order for personal computers to be equipped with Internet-filtering software.

"We have found that the English version of google.com has spread lots of pornographic, lewd and vulgar content, which is in serious violation of Chinese laws and regulations," said foreign ministry spokesman Qin Gang at a news briefing. He said authorities summoned Google representatives and told them to "remove the material immediately."

Chinese Internet users were unable to connect to Google's main search site or its China-based service, google.cn, beginning Wednesday evening. Qin did not respond to questions about whether the government was responsible for the outage. But he said he hoped the problem can be "resolved immediately."

Source

The Chinese government has given me a couple of good laughs over the years. The level of oppression over there is so widespread at times that I have to laugh to keep from getting angry. Don't get me wrong, I know the United States government pulls more than its fair share of shenanigans. The US government, however, still protects the vast majority of the freedoms afforded to its voters by the Constitution. Anyway, the Chinese government really needs to chill out. Google doesn't even house the porn. It simply indexes websites. Moreover, there is an infinite amount of easily accessible porn on the Internet. With or without Google, Chinese citizens will be able to get truck loads of porn.

T.I. has a song called "Porn Star" that glorifies his alleged porn star lifestyle. It's not my favorite song on the Paper Trail album, but it fits this story well.

Hey, I been watchin' you a while now
And I just wanna find a way to make you smile now
Why you blushing, forget about them other guys now
I know you ain't gon' try and tell me that you shy now
I realize that you're beauty could intimidate
Them suckers you ain't got no business wit them anyway

Sex in a Wolf Costume...

A former member of an Allegheny County, PA state legislator's staff allegedly had computer chats with a teenage boy about dressing in animal costumes and having sex, Pennsylvania Attorney General Tom Corbett said. Alan David Berlin worked in the Senate about a decade, including the last several years with Sen. Jane Orie, R-McCandless, who said Berlin "was immediately and indefinitely suspended" with no pay or benefits when she learned of the allegations.

Berlin is also accused of attempting to arrange a meeting between the boy and another adult, and offered to get them a hotel room if Berlin could take photos of them having sex. The boy's parents contacted authorities after finding sexually graphic messages on his computer, Corbett said. Investigators from Corbett's office found a wolf and cat-type costume in Berlin's home, a spokesman said.

This is one of those To Catch a Predator situations. It's amazing how many public figures get caught "sexting" inappropriately. Attemping to have sexual relations with a minor is not a laughing matter. However, I couldn't resist making fun of this guy for wanting to have sex in an animal costume. Don't get me wrong, I don't think there is anything wrong with dressing up to please the person you are with. I have a number of friends who say that role play really spices things up. Hell, I would like to give it a shot. Be that as it may, the costume the police confiscated from Berlin was the opposite of sexy. This story is yet another of example of why people shouldn't hold elected officials to a higher standard. In the end, they are just as human as the rest of us. If Berlin is as guilty as he appears to be, I hope he goes to prison for a long time. I also hope the boy he propositioned isn't mentally or emtionally scarred for life.

Robert Kelly seems to know a lot about the different variations of sex. His song "The Zoo" compares one of his sexual encounters to the actions of wild animals.

Girl, I got you so wet
It's like a rain forest
Like Jurassic Park
Except I'm your sex-a-saurus baby
You and me hopping
Like two kangaroos
Rattling and moaning
Out here in these woods

Flaccid Politics & ED Pills

You’ve all seen them. Those ubiquitous TV ads where a simple little pill transforms a man suffering from erectile dysfunction, or ED, into a virile tiger who puts a smile on the face of his now beaming wife. Well, Representative Jim Moran (D-VA) has seen them too, and you’d be hard pressed to see a smile on his face when he talks about the ads.

“A number of people,” he says, “have come up, including colleagues, and said I’m fed up. I don’t want my three or four-year old grandkid asking me what erectile dysfunction is all about. And I don’t blame them.”

Enter H.R. 2175. That’s a bill that Rep. Moran introduced last month that would prohibit any ED ads from airing on broadcast radio and TV between 6AM and 10PM. The bill advises the Federal Communications Commission to treat these ads as “indecent” and instruct stations to restrict their broadcast to late night and overnight hours.

Source

The Federal Communications Commission is probably overjoyed by Representative Jim Moran's bill. As I mentioned previously, the FCC loves to overregulate. Initially, I was surprised that a Democrat introduced this legislation. I did a little research and discovered that there is a lot of disagreement within the two major parties on sexual matters. Although the majority of these disagreements have to do with sex education, I am sure they extend to things like the Erectile Dysfunction (ED) commercials. Honestly, I feel a little uncomfortable when a Viagra commercial comes on as I'm watching TV with my little brothers. My discomfort, however, isn't fueled by my belief that the commercials are inappropriate. I just don't want to explain to those little guys what Viagra does.

The commercials for ED pills should not be restricted to a certain time frame. They are done tastefully with respectable looking older couples. It's not like the cast of Spanish Harlem is featured prominently in exotic positions. I really hope this bill doesn't pass. Our elected officials should be busy improving the economy and finding ways for our country to become less dependent on foreign oil. 88-Keys and Kanye West have a song called "Stay Up (Viagra)" that a lot of my friends seem to enjoy. The title of the song pretty much explains what the song is about.

What she got is so Niagara
Make a young n**** straight need Viagra
Make a old n**** give keys to Jaguar
Just to keep from all the tee-hee's and laughter
Her telling her homegirls that he couldn't stay up
In the restaurant with her voice way up

Earth Day & Vegan Condoms

In an effort to celebrate Earth Day, I scoured the Internet on April 22nd to find ways to improve Mother Earth. I already recycle and monitor my electricity usage, but I feel like I have the ability to give more. I do not know enough about the environment to question the veracity of Al Gore's beliefs. I do realize, however, that people need to treat the Earth better.

Anyhow, I came across an article that explained ways people can make their sex life more eco-friendly. This article introduced me to vegan condoms. When I read that vegan condoms existed, I wondered why someone would purchase them. My first thought was that a vegan woman wouldn't want to put a man's "meat" in her mouth because it would violate her diet. A vegan condom would enable a vegan woman to pleasure a man while remaining true to her lifestyle. Basically, I thought the term vegan was being used incorrectly to take advantage of the growing Green market. Apparently, my initial thoughts were way off base. Vegan condoms are made without the dairy products that are usually found in most condoms and they are created without animal testing.

Most vegan condoms are manufactured outside of the United States. Glyde (Malaysia), Condomi (Germany), and French Letter (France) seem to have the market on lock. I am surprised an American company hasn't jumped into the vegan condom market. I am sure Whole Foods and Trader Joe's would sell out every week. I don't know how well these bad boys hold up during intercourse. Consequently, I am going to stay in Latexland. If you try them, please let me know if they are worth using. My favorite "vegan" sex song is R.Kelly's "Sex in the Kitchen". It's a vegan sex song because he references vegetables. Just in case you needed an explanation...

Girl you're in the kitchen
Cooking me a meal
Something makes me wanna come in there and get a feel
Walk around in your t-shirt
Nothing else on
Strutting pass, switching that ass while I'm on the phone
Cutting up tomatoes, fruits and vegetables and potatoes
Girl, you look so sexy while you're doing the damn thing I want
